Do not buyThis is a horrible mattress company I bought a queen size just six months ago already it’s sagging large indentation in the middle. The person who inspected my mattress said it’s defective but this company says it does not reach the 2 inch mark to have replaced.Now Im stuck having to shell out more money,

We bought their premium ($4k+) king size mattress and it completely sagged on both sides and was replaced by warranty. The replacement is only 2.5 years old and has done the same.

Do not buy a Kingsdown mattress expensive and my back and hips are in worse shape because the mattress broke down so quickly. So now I have to give it away maybe good for a child whose lighter and I’m not heavy. And will buy another mattress. What a rip off

Bought their mattress a year ago and completely sagged. Unfortunately in order to qualify for a replacement part of it need to sink for more than 1.5 inch so they refused to replace. It is so uneven that we have a back pains. We went to Sleep Country to buy a new mattress and the sales told us there must be something wrong with that model as Kingdown discountined sell the model afterwards. We basically lost over $1k (Sleep Country gave us a $500 discount knowing the issue). No more Kingsdown
