We came to the Markham store after doing some research on our own. Worst experience.. I got my king size mattress smaller than the standard size.. don’t buy anything from here.. as you’ll be stuck if you have any issues.. the store doesn’t take any responsibility for the goods sold and will re-direct you to a common ‘email ID’ to address any issues.. no one to talk to!!!

This was my first time shopping at the National Mattress Outlet and it was probably one of the easiest and no pressure furniture shopping experience I've ever had.I was helped by both Henry and Arnold who explained everything I needed to know. The level of customer service impeccable and they even went as far to tell me about all the applicable promotions for the most savings.Ive never been to another furniture store where the employees actively try and apply any and every promotion to help the customer get the best deal possible.Henery and Arnold both had a wealth of knowledge on the different types of mattresses that really helped me with the selection process.Overall I'd highly recommend visiting them them as they've got a good variety of items and the best pricing.

Purchased a mattress here (walk-in).Very friendly guys, Arnold, Connor and Henry.Professional , honest. No push-to-buy, no upsale.They explained to me all about price vs mattress type, high-end vs low-end difference and how to save on delivery fees.You can spend as much time as you need trying out all the mattresses you want, nobody follows you unless you ask questions, so you can make up your mind without being bothered.Next day delivery arrived even 15 min before scheduled time.Best prices on mattresses in Markham/Richmond Hill area compared to other stores.May be it was just my lucky day, but for my next purchase I will definitely go there.

Really nice place. Found this place by Google, but the staff attitude is great! I met two staff but my bad that didn’t get their name. They both are very gentle and providing professional advices and services. Great place to shop your mattress.
