Mattress store

So my Mom purchased a dining room set from you some time ago. She waited ever so patiently to arrive and when it did I can tell you again that your delivery guys, Cody and Harry, were fantastic as ever AGAIN!It was SO hot that afternoon and how these 2 worked together and left NO mess behind was just perfect!They had all of the pieces moved into Mom's house and set up in a very short time and they took the time to show her how to unlock and extend the table. They even stood back for a moment because she just HAD to vacuum 1 more time. Lol!Your delivery guys are completely down to earth, polite, and always so very kind. Thank you very much!

The products do not seem worth the price tags. I like to be offered free coffee, however.

I was referred here by a friend. Shopping for a mattress was never easier. Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable staff. I told him what I'm looking for and he did the rest!! We've had our mattress now for 6 months and we couldn't be happier, or more comfy!! Highly recommended!!

I took an acquaintance to shop for mattresses and the salesman we had was very knowledgeable about firmness and prices. A successful purchase was made. We both agreed that he was very personable which made the decision much more pleasant. Unfortunately I didn't note the salesman's name.

Terrible delivery service! As an out of town customer I was appalled at the lack of communication from this specific location. We ordered our furniture through the High Level location and received an email saying that it was available for pickup in High Level. After making an hour and a half drive to pick it up, we were informed that it was delivered to our town weeks prior and we were not contacted at all. They claim to have called and been sent to voicemail, however we received no phone calls or voice messages whatsoever. The one staff member that claimed to have been aware of this delivery was extremely unprofessional and basically insinuated that it was our fault for not receiving this alleged phone call. 100% cannot recommend dealing with this store for any reason.

I had an awesome experience at Mattress Mattress... Matt and Shelley were extremely friendly, kind and so helpful. Both were very knowledgeable and took the time to explain different things to me about the beds. Never once did I feel pressured into buying something.... that didnt feel right for me. They felt like friends trying to help me buy a bed that was in my best interests and not a sales associate just trying to make a sale. Matt and Shelley truly went above and beyond helping me. I would highly recommend this store to everyone and will definitely go back for future purchases. Thank you Matt and Shelley.

This (male) shopper likes to fire into and out of stores, but that changed with a recent trip to the Linen Chest in Pinecrest Mall, so I am giving credit where credit is due. The aisles are wide, displays are colourful, layout is excellent, and complimentary coffee is top-notch, but this is the best part: each of price, service, and quality gets 10/10, which is the first such rating I have given any establishment. I am still smiling about the experience, good times. Thank you, Janice and team.

I have had fantastic experiences at the Brick Orillia lately. Erin has been a great salesperson; so pleasant, helpful, and patient (when I’ve changed my mind). The first time I walked in looking just for pricing for all new appliances. Erin found me fantastical deals and that totalled only 80% of my budget! I was in disbelief at all I was getting and told her to “write it all up!” I will definitely be heading back to the Brick and will look for Erin when I walk in the door. Thank you, Erin for you terrific service!
